Conference Rate and Hotel Options
We are pleased that you are joining us in Seattle! For your convenience, we have secured a variety of hotel blocks located near the Convention Center. After you have completed your online conference registration, select a hotel below to secure your hotel room at the discounted conference rate.

Do not delay in making your hotel reservations – these hotel rooms will fill quickly. Reserve your room at your earliest convenience to guarantee availability at the discounted group rates. The conference room blocks at the discounted rates are available until May 18. Based on availability, rooms may sell out before May 18. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. If you are no longer able to attend the event, send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to cancel your conference registration. You will still need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation to avoid penalty charges. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. The Crowne Plaza and Renaissance will charge one night room + tax at the time of the booking. This deposit is refundable as long as the hotel receives your cancellation 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit. The Westin will not charge a deposit to your card, unless you fail to cancel your reservation within 72 hours and do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, in which case they do charge one night room + tax penalty fee.
